Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CatchPhi.sh (“Service”), a certificate transparency monitoring platform offered by Gone Coding Ltd. (“CatchPhi.sh”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

2. Permitted Use

CatchPhi.sh delivers visibility into public Certificate Transparency logs. You may use the Service to configure monitoring rules, receive notifications, and analyze results for lawful security, research, and brand protection purposes. You may not use the Service to harass, attack, or mislead others, or to process unlawful content.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the plans listed on our website. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By upgrading to a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use and Service Limits

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or reverse engineer our infrastructure. We reserve the right to rate-limit or disable accounts that generate excessive load, abuse webhook retries, or compromise platform security.

5. Intellectual Property

CatchPhi.sh retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, logos, and trademarks. You may not use our branding without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit to configure monitoring rules. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for delivering the Service.

6. Confidentiality

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard account data and rule configurations. You acknowledge that Certificate Transparency data is public and may be cached or replicated as part of delivering the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EVERY MALICIOUS CERTIFICATE WILL BE DETECTED OR THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CATCHPHI.SH DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CatchPhi.sh harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-product messaging. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflicts of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
